仁川大学孔子学院是在孔子学院总部/国家汉办的支持下，由开云官方客户端下载 和仁川大学合作建立的。孔子学院于2009年8月28日正式挂牌成立，中国驻韩国大使馆教育参赞艾宏歌、开云官方客户端下载 时任校长孙玉华、仁川大学校长安庆洙、仁川市政府副议长、韩国其他14所孔子学院的院长及各方媒体出席了揭牌仪式。

With the support of Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) and under the cooperative agreement between DLUFL and Incheon National University, Confucius Institute of Incheon University was opened on August 28th, 2009. The opening ceremony of the institute was attended by Ai Hongge, Educational Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in South Korea, Sun Yuhua, former DLUFL President, Ahn Gyeong-su, President of Incheon National University, Vice Chairman of Incheon City Council, Presidents of the other 14 Confucius institutes in South Korea and delegates from mass media groups.

韩国仁川孔子学院自成立以来，实现了较好、较快的发展，现已成为仁川地区民众学习汉语、了解中国文化的重要窗口，对加强中韩人民友好交流起到了促进作用。仁川大学孔子学院重点向“教学＋特色”型方向发展，通过“学学协力”、“产学协力”和“政学协力”的合作模式，在汉语教学、文化活动、学术交流、来华项目等各个方面实现稳步发展。Since its establishment, the Institute has been developing well and fast, and it has now become the key window for people in Incheon to learn the Chinese language and Chinese culture, playing an active role in strengthening the friendship between people in China and South Korea. The Institute puts great emphasis on the developmental orientation of "distinct teaching", realizing steady development in many aspects such as Chinese language teaching, cultural activities, academic communications and visiting-China programs, etc. through the cooperative modes of "inter-institute cooperation", "enterprise-institute cooperation" and "government-institute cooperation".

多年来，该孔子学院建设取得了喜人的成绩，曾先后收到仁川市政府、警察厅、仁川市国际交流财团等多个机构感谢状和感谢杯，以表彰其为中韩两国文化交流做出的贡献。

For all these years, the Institute has made remarkable achievements, and has successively received appreciation certificates and trophies from many organizations such as Incheon City Hall, Incheon Police Department and Incheon Consortium for International Exchange. All these have honored its contribution to the cultural communication between China and South Korea.
