新西伯利亚国立技术大学孔子学院位于俄罗斯第二大城市——新西伯利亚市，于2007年9月7日揭牌成立，是俄罗斯中部地区首个孔子学院。时任国务院国务委员陈至立、时任中国教育部部长周济、时任外交部副部长乔宗淮、时任中国驻俄罗斯大使刘古昌、时任国家汉办主任许琳等中外政要及时任开云官方客户端下载 校长孙玉华参加了孔子学院的揭牌仪式。

Confucius Institute ofNovosibirsk State Technical University is located in Novosibirsk, the second largest city in Russia, and it is the first Confucius institute in Central Russia. The opening ceremony of the institute was held on September 7th, 2007, attended by many Chinese and foreign officials and leaders as Chen Zhili, former State Councilor of the State Council, Zhou Ji, former Minister of Education, Qiao Zonghuai, former Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, Liu Guchang, former Chinese Ambassador to Russia, and Xu Lin, former Director of Hanban, as well as Sun Yuhua, former President of DLUFL.

新西伯利亚国立技术大学孔子学院自成立以来，在中外合作双方的共同努力下，实现了高质、快速的发展，取得了令人满意的成绩。2010年，俄罗斯新西伯利亚国立技术大学孔子学院获得“先进孔子学院”称号。该孔院于2015年11月成功举办了“一带一路”框架下二十一世纪中俄战略伙伴关系论坛国际研讨会。2016年5月成功举办了“汉语桥”第五届全俄大学生中文比赛，9月成功举办了“丝绸之路经济带发展前景”研讨会。

Since its establishment, the Institute has realized a high-quality and fast development with the mutual efforts of China and Russia. In 2010, the Institute won the title of "Advanced Confucius Institute", and successfully held the International Symposium of the Forum of 21st Sino-Russia Strategic Partnership in the Framework of "the Belt and the Road" in November of 2015. In May of 2016, it held the 5th "Chinese Bridge" National Chinese Language Competition for University Students in Russia. In September, it also held the Symposium of the Developmental Prospect for the“Silk Road Economic Belt”.

多年来，该孔子学院各方面工作取得了长足进步，为促进汉语和中国文化在当地的传播与推广及中俄友好关系的发展，做出了积极的贡献。

For these years, the Institute has made great progress in all aspects, contributing to the promotion of the Chinese language and Chinese culture in the locals, as well as the development of Sino-Russia friendship.
